Our partners from SEAL did an outstanding job from start to finish on our APO Demand Planning project. In my opinion, the keys to the success of our implementation was that SEAL did not come in with any pre-conceived notions as to how we need to set up our system. They took the time upfront to really understand our current business processes, what worked well, and where we had opportunities for improvement. They then took this information, and their technical knowledge of APO, and helped us design and install a demand planning tool that not only improved our current process, but set us up very well for our anticipated future needs. They also made sure that we did thorough testing and training, so that we were able to use and support our system after they left.
